Thank you for using the services provided by Hypernex Interactive Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal data when you use our photo booth mobile application, AI photo generation features, and related photo booth machine services (collectively, “the Service”). Please read this Policy carefully before using the Service.
This Policy is established in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations.
1. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected when you use the Service, including our mobile application, on-site photo booth devices, and event-based photo booth services.
This Policy does not apply to:
- External websites, third-party platforms, or services linked from the Service.
- Individuals or organizations that are not commissioned or managed by the Company.
2. Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Data
The Company collects and processes personal data only within the necessary scope required to provide the Service. Unless required by law or with your explicit consent, we do not use your personal data for purposes beyond those stated in this Policy.
2.1 Types of Personal Data Collected
(1) Data You Provide Voluntarily
- Photos or images taken during the photo booth session.
- Images, materials, or files you upload.
- Account information such as email address or display name (if account features exist).
- Content submitted through feedback, forms, or other interactive features.
(2) Data Automatically Collected
- Device information (e.g., device model, operating system version, language settings, app version).
- Usage logs (e.g., number of photos taken, filters used, AI style selections, feature usage).
- IP address, access time, browsing and click behavior.
The above information is used only for internal analysis and service optimization, and is not used to identify specific individuals.
(3) Data Used for AI Processing
- Facial feature data or image vectors required temporarily to generate AI-styled photos.
- Such data is used only during the processing of AI generation and is not stored long-term or added to any training dataset.
The Company does NOT use your photos, likeness, or biometric data for AI model training, advertising, commercial exploitation, or any unauthorized purpose.
3. Data Retention and Protection
3.1 Retention Period
We retain data for a reasonable period depending on the service mode, for example:
- App Mode:
Photos and generated images are retained for approximately 7–30 days (subject to actual system configuration). After the retention period expires, the files are automatically deleted or irreversibly anonymized. - Event Photo Booth Mode:
For photos taken at events (such as exhibitions, brand events, weddings, or parties), image data is deleted within approximately 24–72 hours after the event ends (the exact timeframe is based on event requirements and prior notice). - AI processing data (such as facial vectors) exists only during computation and is not retained.
3.2 Data Security Measures
To protect your personal data, the Company implements appropriate technical and organizational measures, including but not limited to:
- Use of firewalls, antivirus software, and other security mechanisms to protect systems.
- Encrypted data transmission (such as HTTPS/SSL) to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
- Access control and authorization management so that only authorized personnel may access relevant data.
- Confidentiality obligations imposed on authorized personnel, with legal liability for violations.
- Regular security audits, updates, and implementation of backup and deletion mechanisms where appropriate.
When the Company commissions third-party vendors to provide services involving the collection, processing, or use of personal data, we supervise such vendors to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws and this Policy.

The Service may contain links to external websites or third-party platforms. Such websites operate under their own privacy policies, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of those third-party services separately.
